I'm from Argentina, and it's ages that I've wanted to get in touch with some relatives of my ancestors, but unfortunately I don't have much idea of them, I know that they (my great-grandparents) have immigrated to Argentina at the end of 1800 (maybe 1894-1896 by some counts that I've made with the birthday of my grandparents) but I'm not sure either.
Their surnames are Jacob Ostertag great-grandfather and Barbara Hertner (Gartner?)(great-grandmother). It's quite hard to get more information because they have entered this country through Russia and Ostertag apparently left Volmer as a deserter. An aunt travelled with them as well with the last name of Detzel.
