Urgent Help needed!

I have found information supporting the fact that Joseph’s parents were Joseph Prediger and Klara Elizabeth Seibel, but with out the names of their parents or birthdates I can not match this family to the Prediger family tree in Volmer.

The Family of Joseph Prediger & Margaret Stang of Volmer

Joseph Prediger (#1 in picture above) was born in Volmer, Russia in 1861.  In 1883 he married Margaret Stang (#2 in picture above), who was born in 1864 and was also from Volmer.  Margaret was the daughter of Johannes Peter Stang and ?.  In Russia Joseph Prediger was a well established Blacksmith and he and his family enjoyed the comforts of living well.  They had a comfortable house with a large yard full of fruit trees, farm animals and a beautiful garden.

Joseph and Margaret were blessed with 5 children who were all born in Volmer.  John, the eldest, was born in 1884. Paulina, the only daughter, was born in 1886.  Michael, the second son, was born in 1885.  Alexander, the third son, was born in 1887.  Lastly the fifth child was a son named Peter and he was born in 1890.

In 1902 John, Joseph and Margraret’s oldest son married a Volmer girl named Katherine Beilman (#4 in picture above).  Katherine was the daughter of Johan Georg Beilman and ?.  John and Katherine lived with his parents and John continued working as a blacksmith with his father.  John and Margaret had three children born in Volmer.  Mary Katherine (1903), Ann (1904), and Michael John (1906).

In 1903 Joseph and Margaret’s only daughter, Paulina, married John Peter Gartner.  John Peter was born in Volmer to John Adam Gartner and Katherine Schmidt.  I am not sure in whose household John Peter and Paulina lived in before leaving Russia.  However, we do know that John Adam and Paulina had three children born in Volmer.  John Michael (1904), Mary (1905—1905), and Alexander (1906).   *see John Peter Gartner and Paulina Prediger’s Family Page

In 1905 Joseph and Margaret’s second son, Michael, married a Volmer girl named Amelia Ostertag.  Amelia was born in 1887 in Volmer, but I am not sure of who her parents were at this time.  I am pretty sure that Michael and Amelia went to Argentina before coming to Canada but I have to find more information to verify this.

In 1907 Joseph and Margaret’s third son, Alexander, married.  He too, like his siblings married a Volmer native.  Alex married Maria Schroh (born in 1888).  She was the daughter of Jacob Schroh and Margareta Gartner.

In 1907, four months after the wedding of Alexander Prediger and Maria Schroh, the Prediger families decided to leave Russia and emigrate to the new promised land of the Canadian Prairies.  They carefully considered what a future in Russia would hold for them, and they were encouraged by the positive reports that came back to Volmer by other Volmer Villagers already in Canada.  I have not yet found the Ship Records confirming departure and arrival information for Joseph & Margaret Prediger, John & Katherine (and their 3 kids), Paulina and John Adam Gartner (and their 2 kids), Michael & Amelia, but I do think I found Alexander & Maria, and Peter travel information.
